In Bangkok, we stayed at the Siam@Siam Design Hotel & Spa for 8 nights and had an absolutely wonderful time there. We stayed in a Leisure Class room, with a stunning view of Bangkok and the National Stadium from our window. The rooms are funky and modern, and I loved the use of the polished concrete and natural timber on the walls and floors.

The hotel was in a great location in Siam Square, and only about 5 minutes walk to the massive MBK shopping centre
and the super malls of central Bangkok. The pool on the outside edge of the hotel has a stunning view of Bangkok from the 11th floor.

The staff were incredibly friendly, they always smiled and greeted us warmly, and were always willing to have a chat. Overall a tremendous experience at this hotel. Was very sad to say goodbye to the staff.

On my last night in Bangkok, Hua organised for us to attend The Calypso Cabaret Show at The Asia Hotel.
